The main goal of Green Belt is the planting of 60,000 trees in the wider suburban area of Attiki within the next 5 years. The tree planting will take place in all open areas, parks, chaparrals, as well as in private areas, gardens and yards. Tree planting will initially take place in Kifissia on the basis of an action plan that has been constructed in association with Goulandris Natural History Museum.
